Chao Siam gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund. All online merchandise returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. With the original receipt, refunds will be made in the original form of payment. With a gift receipt, we will exchange the item or issue a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.

Peel off the address label from the front of the packing slip and attach it to the outside of your package. Complete the return form on the back of the packing slip and enclose it in the box. Take your package to any documented shipping carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. Please note,Chao Siam does not cover the cost of return shipping. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.
